How to create a white noise / green noise machine


Once you have made green noise as shown here, you can save it as a wave file or as an mp3, and burn it to a CD, and listen to it through earphones or with the sound close to you.

Next get some ping pong balls and cut them in half with some sharp scissors, and put them over your eyes with sticky tape (not too sticky if you value your eyebrows: ideally the kind of sticky transparent tape/gauze you can buy at the chemist).
