Day long events: Milk Pixel, BKU2009, touch me, touch you
data browser Joasia Krysa and Geoff Cox will talk about the data browser publication series that they co-edit in the Reading Room or maybe cafe - sometime in the afternoon.
Milk Pixel is likely to be running throughout the day, wherever appropriate. Maybe we can combine it with your event? (especially if you are going to play music)
(yeah milk pixel people, we are happy to share the noise - Alex Block from dorkbot would like to add his light sensing circuit bent devices. Get in touch with us please via bristol dorkbot's website!)
(From MilkPixel) sounds like it could work nicely, be aware everyone that our system only responds to sound, it doesn't make any noise itself.
(From MilkPixel) We're having some serious last minute technical glitches, we may be late tomorrow. Really really sorry everyone.
touch me touch you, an interactive performance, is also likely to be running throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Facilitators Shayna Schapp and Amy Purifoy-Piazza will offer the performance in intervals during the day, with a precise schedule soon to be announced.
Green Noise Experiment needs a quiet-ish unlit or dark space and some chairs. Can I use the reading room? Or are there any other spaces to share? Also, it will be great to get some headphones from Arnolfini. They should have a few nice ones, and I only need 2.
glorious ninth A short video installation and quantity of woad seeds for visitors to take away and plant. One of us will be there to give advise on how, where and when to plant.
